Our second private BTSNYC Experience in partnership with WeWork happened at one of their coolest Brooklyn rooftops! We had a perfect mix: a pocket show with tasting by a local spirit!<\/h2>\n\n

This is exactly the type of exclusive, small, private event we love to organize! There is nothing better than having a private pocket show paired with a delicious tasting by a Harlem-born brand!<\/p>\n

So, we hosted another fantastic summer time event at the trendiest WeWork location in Williamsburg,\u00a0Brooklyn!<\/p>\n

All the guests explored the best of what New York has to offer on the coolest rooftop today and with a flawless sunset.<\/p>\n

To start, the night began with a unique tasting experience with the all natural, small batch Doc Hersons’ absinthes. They are a true Harlem-born brand that is recreating and teaching people that absinthe is a perfect spirit to drink with friends.<\/p>\n

Plus, WeWork offered a variation of delicious empanadas not only for the meat eaters, but also for the vegetarians! What we can say about them? Well, they were simply divine!<\/p>\n

Finally, all guests sat down and enjoyed the very talented duo, Connor and Lu, perform a private pocket show exclusively for them!<\/p>\n

We had a great night, lots of fun and valuable networking between guests!<\/p>\n

About Conner and Lu:<\/h3>\n

Luisa Justus, know as Lu\u00a0is a sci-fi-loving Brazilian film geek turned “mad woman” in the New York advertising industry.<\/p>\n

Connor\u00a0is a long-haired grunge musician turned tech business guy (hence the inevitable haircut).<\/p>\n

Even though they have secret identities – some may call them ‘day jobs’. Connor and Lu<\/strong>‘s true obsession lies in writing and playing music together.<\/p>\n

About Doc Hersons:<\/h3>\n

Born in Harlem. Raised in Brooklyn. All natural. Small batch.<\/p>\n

Founded in a Harlem basement in 2012, Doc Herson’s<\/a><\/strong> Natural Spirits is the 1st Absinthe Distillery in New York City.<\/p>\n

With their impeccable taste and retro sensibilities, husband and wife team Kevin Herson and Stacey Luckow epitomize the creative era of pre ban Absinthe\u2019s lusty atmosphere.<\/p>\n
