We were thrilled to be part of this fantastic group!<\/p>\n<p>To start, the tapas we tasted during this special night were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Airbags con Queso Manchego y Membrillo<\/li>\n<li>Nidos de Codorniz<\/li>\n<li>Champi\u00f1ones Rellenos<\/li>\n<li>Bravas \u201cTradici\u00f3n\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Alcachofas con Queso Manchego<\/li>\n<li>Pulpo a la Gallega<\/li>\n<li>Alb\u00f3ndigas con Encurtidos<\/li>\n<li>Berenjena<\/li>\n<li>Calamares y Ajo Blanco<\/li>\n<li>Ensaladilla de Salm\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then, the main course was a Paella de Mariscos. For desserts we had:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tarta de Santiago &#8211; traditional almond cake with raspberries and extra virgin olive oil gelato<\/li>\n<li>Tocinillo de Cielo &#8211; caramelized yolk flan with lemon gel, green apple and dried merengue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hard to say which one was the best!
