I\u2019m a huge fan of the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival, not only because I\u2019m vegetarian, going on vegan myself, but because it\u2019s very friendly and fun for non-vegetarian too.<\/p>\n
It\u2019s a great place to go to understand more about this up and coming lifestyle, how to substitute your proteins – that are always a huge issue when you stop eating meat – and to find out fantastic brands and vendors around the city and state of New York, as well as from across the country.<\/p>\n
